Hello, I wondered if someone could help me. I’ve been using QuickFile for around 18 month.
I have an online store with Shopify which also processes some of my payments the rest are done through Paypal.
My problem is as all my transaction are online I’ve only been using my bank statements to process my transactions but I’ve realised this doesn’t take into account the transactions fees paid to Shopify and PayPal.
Is there an easy way to fix this without having to delete everything and start again, as there is a lot of sales to go through.

I am not an accountant but for credit card sales through my website I just record the net amount in Quickfile.
If an invoice is settled by card then I create a purchase order for the processing fee.

But how do I fix the ones I’ve already processed?
There are too many to change each one manually (I’m talking around 2000)
If the fees aren’t accounted for then just add them up and put them through as a purchase
