Help uploading bank statement

Hi
I’m trying to upload banking transactions - “upload a statement” . I have a CSV file with three columns Date, Description and Amount. The wizard correctly selects the correct fields. But when I click upload, I get the following error message:

“‘Please ensure each data field is mapped to a unique column’”

The CSV files shows transactions from Metro Bank

I have tried using two different browsers (Safari and Firefox)

I have tried used 3 different CSV files.

Thanks for you help - I’m desperate

Hi @macroassembly,

when you go to upload the statements, are you using the ‘Other’ option?
