I have the little box ticked for invoice customisation, but I’ve noticed it hasn’t taken effect on the payment screen. I’m assuming it’s also supposed to be hidden?
It don’t think it was every wired up on the payment screen, just invoices/estimates. It should affect both so I will log this and we’ll have that implemented soon.

This has now been implemented for sales payments too. Please let me know if that works for you.
