HMRC authorisation - duplication?

Back in Mar-23, we received an email asking to re-authorise our HMRC connection, this we completed and it should be valid for 18mths, currently everything is working fine.

However, we have just received a new reminder email requesting we repeating the re-authorisation and when we followed the embedded link, we appear to have two company entries in the “Dashboard - HMRC Tax Accounts” both with the same name.

I think we are safe to ignore this duplicate entry but wondered if this happened to anyone else?

It is common for this to happen, the key thing is that the “Good” account is selected as the vat link
