Back in Mar-23, we received an email asking to re-authorise our HMRC connection, this we completed and it should be valid for 18mths, currently everything is working fine.
However, we have just received a new reminder email requesting we repeating the re-authorisation and when we followed the embedded link, we appear to have two company entries in the “Dashboard - HMRC Tax Accounts” both with the same name.
I think we are safe to ignore this duplicate entry but wondered if this happened to anyone else?
