HMRC MTC Connection Failure

Hello there,
See attached screenshot, our HMRC connection status show failed and we have tried multiple time to connect, but we get this error. Can anyone help to advise what’s wrong here and secondly, we resolve and connect to HMRC to do our VAT submission?

HMRC are offline until tomorrow for maintenance Scheduled maintenance | QuickFile: System Health

Make sure you disconnect all the failed attempts (with the :x:) before you try again - even if you do manage to get a successful connection established, QuickFile won’t let you actually submit any returns if there are any “failed” connections still listed as well.
