Hmrc vat connection fail

Hi cannot connect with HMRC for vat. I signed up with them last year for digital. Is it a different connection to previous. Rgds Lee

Further to what @QFMathew has said, have you followed the steps to connect your account as lined out in the following - HMRC Tax Accounts - MTD Returns

If you have followed these steps and it’s still not working then it can be worth going through the Troubleshooting guide.

If you’ve done both of these and you’re still not getting anywhere with it, let us know and we’ll take a look to see what the issue could be.
