Hi, i have managed this in the past but cant work how to have two or more pages open on separate tabs so you can quickly switch from one to the other, ie bank account and outstanding invoices. this is very useful when working out what can be tagged

It is working for me. Have you tried to log into your account. Open a new tab in the same browser and enter your quickfile account url. Should work.
Maybe try another browser or/and delete cache and cookies.

You only need to login once. Quickfile usually sets a cookie so that you can open another tab without logging in again. Is it possible that you changed your cookie settings?
Sorry, didnt actually have to log in with name a password but opened quickfile in a new tab
