How can i pay for subsciption?

Hello.Because my account is making over 1000 entries i see now a message when i log in “Your account is graded as “L” and will require an active subscription once your 60 day trial period has ended” .Ok but how can i pay you for subscription ? I can not find any information or link for payment on my account.Can you send me your invoice with your bank details please? Thanks
