How can I send separate emails in one company

Hi

I Have one large customer who has 5 different guys estimating for them when i send emails I would like them to go to one person only

I would still need them to be under the main companies heading for accounting purposes

You can have a single client and list multiple contacts under that client. When sending your invoices and estimates you can nominate any combination of the listed contacts you’d like that item to be sent to. So you could just send the invoice or estimate to one individual from the contact list or a few of them.
