The email log feature is a Power User feature. If your account is graded L or XL you are likely to already have this on your account. If your account is XS, S, or M, you can optionally purchase a Power User Subscription.
If you’re unsure, you can check what subscriptions you have by going to Help >> Additional Services.
Even with a Power User Subscription, the email log feature is only available to the main administrator
I am the main admin and have an xl account and dont see it.
You should see the option by going to Account Settings >> All Settings >> Sent email log:
Are you able to see this option? If not, are you seeing the ‘Audit’ category at all when viewing this page, or are you just missing the sent email log?
Thanks I see it now but the emails I need relate to invoices that were sent over 6 months ago.
Unfortunately we only keep a 6 month log of emails. If you’re using your own SMTP account, a copy may have been saved in your sent folder (this depends on your email provider). It may be worth checking there to see if anything has been kept.
