How do clients access their portal?

How do clients access their client portal? I thought there was a link included on the invoice, but this doesn’t seem to be the case with the one I’ve created.

there is no link on the invoice to access the client portal. The link to view the invoice in the client portal is in the email and looks like

You can create a payment link on the invoice. To be able to do this you have to enable it under invoice customisation. Also, you must have at least one payment provider enabled/setup on your account.

Is this where you leave the ‘Online Payment Visibility’ option unchecked?

On the invoice customisation page, leave the tick box empty (see below)

In your client details page, leave tick boxes for disable payment option unticked (see below)

In your account payment integration options, you must have at least one of these payment providers enabled and setup
