How do I attach the invoice to an already recorded purchase

Hi and thanks for reading this and any help you can provide.
I’m OK with attaching the pdf before recording a purchase. Question is, how do I attach an invoice at a later date after recording a purchase?
I’ve read through the Help but can’t seem to find an answer that fits.

The receipt hub will let you attach items to existing purchases as well as creating new ones - when you enter the total amount the first thing it does is look for purchases that match that amount and don’t already have any attached files, and offers you the list of matches to choose from.

Alternatively when you view any purchase (or sales) invoice there’s a section towards the bottom where you can drag and drop files to attach them, or click for a file selector dialog.
