When this banner is not present how can I go and speak with accountats that work with QF?
I went to Help > Additional Services but it is not listed here.
I need to start speaking with acocuntants that can help

The option would only show if you are not already connected to an accountants Affinity account.
You can disconnect from it in the Account Settings > Team Management screen
