I need to invite a team member to access my account. How do you do this please? I have added them to the account but how do I get them to actually get into the system?
You need to tick option Email account login details to the new member while creating it
Having already created the team member just go back in to team management, check the box to change the password along with the box to send an email. That should do it.
Otherwise you can just point them to youdomain.quickfile.co.uk and get them to login there. If you don’t know their password they can reset it from here too.
