This can be done under Help > Additional Services, and selecting ‘Power User Subscription’
Do you know that has been bugging me for days to, cannot believe there is not a link to the page straight away. Perhaps its something they will consider, seems odd for an accounting software, we have to go chasing to see where to pay them.

If your account does hit the 1,000+ ledger limit, you will be shown a payment screen when you login. While your account is under the 1,000 limit, or has recently been opened (there’s a short trial period as outlined above), then the Power User Subscription is optional.
But as I pointed out above, it can be found in additional services, under help, along with any other subscriptions you may have or wish to purchase.

no payment screen opened, but it said there was only 3 days left, so i have paid it. like i said, you know its under “additional services” but when you see “you have XX days left” and you think, oh right i should pay for that, unless you know it is under “additional services” you are a bit lost.
