How do I reactivate a Starling bank feed

I purchased a banking feed in Nov 20 via QuickFile to Starling Bank it appears to be deactivated. How do I reactivate without purchasing a new feed?

Hi @Lucy2

The connection with the bank may have expired. If you delete the feed and then set it up again then it should work for you.

The bank feed fee that you paid is valid for 12 months so you won’t be asked to pay this again
