How do I view archived files

I have archived a vat quarter how do I view it should I need to

Hello @paulhensher

By default all invoices over 2 years old are automatically archived.

You can view these by clicking the “Archived” option at the bottom of the Sales and Purchases screens. You could also open up the relevant vet return and use the export option to get the detail that was included

I went to this section and when I pressed the archived button as directed only one prchase showed up?

I am missing a two quarters from July to December 2024?

When you click Purchases > Show all Purchases > Archived there are a number of pages

These are the oldest invoices on the last page

If you are not seeing these please clear your browser cache and retry

Those are not what are showing when I access that page it is the quarter ending July 24 I see, the ones I have lost are the two quarters after that ending December 24?

Please check your account again as I have refreshed the period you are referring to

The invoices are showing under Purchases > Show all Purchases
