How do you get HSBC to export to Quickfile

I’ve tried everything, even reinstalling the chrome app. How do I get the HSBC to export my statments (via the plugin) to Quickfile.
It says it fails and says to check Quickfile is set-up to receive.

I know where the authentication code is in Quickfile…but do I need to input this somewhere else…in quickfile…or HSBC?

Please help

Also can I set-up payments to go straight out from my quickfile account to HSBC without myself inputing them individually into HSBC?

You will need to grab the import key from your Quick File account (in account settings) and enter it in the Chrome extension settings. See the guide for help setting up.

You won’t be able to setup HSBC bank payments directly from Quick File. HSBC don’t support any sort of external interface for security reasons.
