How far back can I go with a bank feed?

Please may I know the maximum period of transactions I can download using the bank feed?

It depends on the bank and the feed itself.

If it’s a Yodlee feed, typically it’s as long as the online banking allows.

If you’re using an Open Banking feed, it’s around 30 days.

Thanks for your response. Please what is the difference between the two; Yodlee and open banking feed? I am able to navigate to the yodlee bank feed but not able to do that for the open banking feed. Please can you guide me through this?

The Open Banking feed is available for a few banks, although it’s not generally available at the moment (we can certainly enable this for you though).

What bank are you with?

Open Banking is a direct link with a bank, whereas Yodlee handles the data themselves and supply it to QuickFile based on the details you provide.

Ok. The good news is, we support all 3 of those with Open Banking, so I’ll drop you a private message shortly to help you get this set up…

To confirm - with Open Banking you can go back up to around 30 days prior to the date of connecting.
