Hi there i am in the middle of a migration to another country and as such, i am uncertain how much longer i will need Quickfile. Perhaps i’ll continue to use it, perhaps not.
Does Quickfile hold onto my data indefinitely or is there a set amount of time until all my data on the system expires? Ideally i would want peace of mind that should i decide not to pay the subscription, my data will remain safe and i can continue to access it when needed. Likewise, i hope i can simply decide to pay the subscription and pick up where i left off, should i decide this is the best course of action for me.
You specify it to be in Account Settings > All Settings Clear all data in your account How do I clear my account?
Or
We detect there have been no logins for 2 years, in which case we will send emails, 1 and 2 months before as well as on the date of deletion.
You can prevent this simply by logging in periodically.

Accounts with 1,000+ nominal ledger entries require a subscription to continue using QuickFile. if you are not processing then the number of transactions in the last rolling 12 month period will fall and once it drops below the threshold the account will revert back to the free tier, allowing you to log in without a subscription.

You can choose to re-subscribe at any point, just remember to try and log in periodically
