I’ve paid for an item out of my drawings, how do I post the transaction?

Is there an invoice for the item you have paid for?

Yes I’ve created the invoice in purchases but paid from my personal cash/drawings

As you have already recorded the invoice, view it

  • Click Log Payment.
  • Tick Pay in full
  • Select your drawings account in the Paid From field
  • Select the payment method
  • Save
