HI, I have set up a free quickfile account and my usage has diped into the large category so I need to pay, How do I pay for my annual subscription of £45 plus vat. I have been told to look for a payment tab but I cannot find this in my account. Could some one please help. I have deferred my account for 14 days but this is nearly up and I dont want to lose the data in the account. Thank you
No data will be lost on the account if you don’t pay. You just lose access to the account until payment has been made or the account falls back into the free category.
If you are still in the deferral period, you can go to Help >> Additional Services >> Update or add a new subscription. This will then give you the option to add a Power User Subscription onto the account.
