I am trying to attach a client to my affinity account. They currently have agent attached to their account. The client has tried to remove their (previous) agent from their account but they have been unable to do so depsite having administrator privileges.
Please advise on how to remove the previous affinity agent to enable me to attach the cilent to my affinity account?

In most circumstances the administrator can remove an Affinity link by going to Account Settings >> Team Management. The exception to this would be where the Affinity account owns the account (e.g. they set it up on behalf of the client).
What I would advise, is if they can’t see the option, is for your client to contact us directly and we’ll take a look for them.
Hi.
The cilnet has removed the agent from their team members but it’s still somehow linked to the agents affinity dashboard. I’ve tried linking the cilent again to our dashboard but still unable to do so as it’s linked to the other agent’s affinity dashboard.
If your client would like to contact us, we’ll certainly take a look at their account for them and see what’s preventing this.
Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to release any information about their account without prior consent.
