Hi, I have notice in the past 2-3 weeks that he bank feed is missing the occasional transaction. I cannot get the transaction to import even if I try again by selecting a date prior to the missing transaction and refreshing the feed. I have to add the transaction manually. Is this a known issue and can anything be done about it?

Is there anything in particular you notice about these transactions? For example, a particular supplier, or type of transaction (e.g. direct debit, debit card payment etc.)?
I’ll also send you a private message shortly so we can investigate this, but I’ll leave this thread public in case anyone else is having issues too.
