Hi, I tried to set up HSBC bank feed two weeks ago but an updating error message keep on appearing. ( ERROR 403). I asked for help on here but the topic was closed yesterday and there’s no follow up since. Can you help me on this issue?

As mentioned in the private message, the issue has been referred to Yodlee who are investigating this. We have chased them for an update, but will let you know as soon as we hear back.
