HSBC missing import/export buttons

Hi. Previous threads have explained HSBC has no ‘import button’ feature but, if a user goes to the
’Statements’ section on the banking site, there will be an ‘export to QuickFile’ button next to HSBC’s usual ‘download’ button.

But I can’t find this either. Is there a workaround please?
