Im trying to set up a bank feed to a personal account in HSBC. I’ve paid for the feed in QF.
When I click through to HSBC it asked for my online banking ID. My ID begins IB and has 10 digits. I used my Phone App to create a security code. However the code was repeatedly rejected, asking me to reinput the ID. Am I doing something wrong. My ID and code from the Mobile App are fine for accessing my online banking on my PC.

Can you confirm that you are setting up your bank feed by going to Banking > Open Banking Feeds?
You should be redirected to your usual online banking log in screen then?
Please let me know if you are seeing anything different
