Can someone please help me to link my Quick File account to HSBC Business account? I installed the plugin, but it asks me for Secure Key Number.
It’s not BIB number, as I’ve tried that several times. What could that number be?
The secure key number would be the randomly generated number from your little handheld device they have issued in the last few months. It should look like the one in the bottom right of your screenshot.
If you don’t have one of these, you need to contact your branch as they can issue them to you.
Hi, thanks for reply. The small device is called BIB and I tried it several times, but no luck
I’m a HSBC customer myself, BIB is “Business Internet Banking”. The device itself is called the Secure Key (it should say on the back of it)

To get your secure key number, you should turn the secure key on by pressing and holding the green button, enter your pin, and press the green button. It should produce a (I think) 6 digit number which you enter into the box.
