I can not access my site

Hi there, I am trying to log in to my account page, and a client’s account page but it keeps telling me that the site can not be found.

I access my site directly and my client’s site through Affinity Quickfile. I tried visiting the Quickfile home page to find a customer service contact number and I get the same thing there - that the website does not exist.

Can anyone help?
