I can't see some bank entries I uploaded

Hi - I’ve just started with QuickFile today, and so far so good. I’ve only been trading since 2019, and so wanted to transfer all my accounts to QuickFile.

I bank with Santander from where I exported a txt file with all my transactions to date, and imported it to QuickFile.

I can only see transactions from 19th August 2019 through to today. I know the others (Feb 2019 to Aug 2019) are there, because when I tried to upload them separately QuickFile says those records already exist.

Does anyone know - can I access account entries more than two years old?

If not, I won’t be able to transfer all my accounting to QuickFile as planned.

Welcome to QuickFile!

The transactions are limited to 2 years on the main bank view but you can look back further by setting the date range in the search function
