i have lost my connection to vat and cannot reconect and my vat is due

The first thing I would recommend is disconnecting and reconnecting the your tax account.

Please ensure the correct account is used.

I have done this with no effectand i have checked the vat number and account

The response is coming from HMRC, we have no control over authorisation to your HMRC account.

If you have done the checks we would recommend contacting HMRC.
