I want to Send Xmas Cards to active customers

I want to be able to download a list of addresses of my customers that I have received money from in the last year,

However, when I export the customer list, the address are not shown in the csv export

I create labels that need a csv for mail merge

Please help

Hi @Paul_Cheetham

The only way you’ll be able to get a list of addresses is by downloading your account backup. This will be in the form of a csv.

However, this will not show you who your active customers are.

If you choose “more options” in that screenshot and export the data you’ll get a CSV which you can then cross-reference with the Client_Ledger from an account backup to extract the right addresses (the “Client Name” column in the export will match the “COMPANY NAME” in Client_Ledger.csv).
