I need to identify which of my customers are VAT exempt so I can deduct their invoices from my VAT return. Is there an easy way to search for any customer who hasn’t been charged VAT?

There isn’t a search option for this unfortunately.
Are you marking your invoices as exempt when entering them into QuickFile? If so, they would already be handled correctly in the VAT returns.
Why do you need to do this? If you haven’t charged them vat then they won’t contribute to box 1 anyway, and even if the sale is exempt you’re supposed to include it in the box 6 total.
