Hi, Our invoices are created via are room booking system. Generally I have imported via Account Settings > Import Data > Sales Invoices , which are a csv file. For several reasons this is a bit of nuisance and I would like to import the actual pdf sales invoice in the same way as the Receipt Hub for purchases. I can go as far as Move to Sales Invoices in Document Management - but unable to process further as far as I can see. I would like to mimic the Purchase Invoices routine please.

I would assume you can export the invoicing date to excel/csv
You can only import sales data into QuickFile via CSV file - Importing sales and purchase invoices

The PDF is just like a hard copy of the data and would not import onto your ledgers
Thank you. Yes I did say that I currently I use csv import. I have just started to add the original invoices to Dropbox and imported into QuickFile, document manager, so they are there to access if necessary. Sadly there is a lot of editing to get the csv file with the right columns to import but if no other way I will carry on.
