Hi, I’m trying to import my trial balance from Xero but keep getting “sorry no values have been mapped” message. I saved it as a csv and then deleted the header rows and previous month column so only 4 columns remain, but it won’t work. Please help!
The guide in the knowledgebase just says save it as CSV, it doesn’t mention deleting rows and columns.
Tried that, get same message. Tried csv utf-8 and plain csv, same message.
