I’m importing a bank statement in CSV from a EURO account. The data shows as say 2615,99 and uses the comma as a decimal separator.
When imported into Quickfile it then shows as 261,599.00 - is there anyway to set on a particular account that it uses comma as a decimal separator?
Unfortunately this is not something we support right now. I would recommend perhaps running a “Find & Replace” within your spreadsheet software to reverse the decimals and commas.
Something else I have just noticed In and Out are shown in the same column but Out shows as -36.9, when I import Quickfile drops the minus and inserts all transactions as positive.
Any thoughts with this?

If you select ‘Other’ as your bank, and tick the box to enable both money in and out, the file should import fine for you. I’ve just done this without any issues.
