Importing lloyds qif file is now failing :(

Hi there, my usual routine is to export .qif file form Lloyds and import into quickfile

However suddenly today doing this causes an error:

We are currently unable to support Lloyds CSV files, please import a QIF file instead.
Lloyds are issuing two different CSV formats now and we are unable to support both.

The file I am uploading is a qif, not a csv

Any ideas what the issue may be?

It may be the case of Lloyds changing something, as is often the case with banks. Are you able to download a CSV at all and import it using “Other”?
