Importing trial balance from zoho

Hello, I can get a TB report from Zoho ok into a csv file but when I import it, I get a message saying “Warning your trial balance is out by XXXXX.00” (which is the amount of the TB).

After this warning, no figures seem to have been imported and it the only option is ‘close’.

Attached below is the formatting of the TB csv file, using dummy figures. Can anyone tell me what’s going wrong? Is it the layout of the csv file?

Hello @DF123

Remove the below items from the spreadsheet.

• Title row
• Blank rows
• Account Code column
• Section Title rows
• The total row
  The spreadsheet should have the columns code(if you have one), Name, Debit, Credit
