Hi Looking to move from XERO to QUICKFILE.
I want to be able to import Invoices into Quickfile in bulk.
In batches.
Each Invoice has the Rated Parts Total, the Rated Labour Total and Xero Rated Parts Total.
I want to Import this Unique Numbered Invoice into Quickfile as
a)three seperate lines
or can I import as
b)one line using different columns.
Using Method (a) Would i be restricted to 86 invoices (86x3 = 248lines)

The bulk invoice import only works on a one line per invoice basis, so one nominal per invoice.
If you wish to add more than one line to an invoice then you would have to do this in the single entry screen.
Thats a shame as we generate 4,000 invoices per year, showing as 3 subtotals. Therefore the program is not for us. Thank you for a quick reply.
While there isn’t support for this natively in the QuickFile UI, if there’s anyone in your organisation that can program then QuickFile offers an API that will allow you to do this (and many other things besides).
