It appears that the size of my quickfile account is being judged on erroneous data as the in put from paypal has too many entries
I’d be more than happy to look into this for you, although could you please clarify what you mean by erroneous data?
Each transaction in a PayPal account will consist of a pair of nominal ledger entries. Untagged entries will include two postings:
- PayPal account
- Suspense account
A tagged item will have the balancing entry posting to something like creditor or debtor control.
- PayPal account
- Debtor control
If you type “usage report” into the left hand quick search menu you can get a full break down on your account.
