Integrate in-house system with QuickFile for Billing

Hi All,

I am new QuickFile.

I am looking to integrate our in-house BASIC self-storage system ( Winforms/.Net) . It holds client information and information on the unit they are renting (e.g. Rental Charge, additional charges) but does not billing or invoicing.

Our system has no accounting/billing functionality and we were doing this manually (i.e. Excel). We recently started to use GoCardless for taking payments.

What I wanted to gather was some informed opinions on the the best way to integrate our In-house system using the API.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Without knowing your software itself and the ins and outs of it’s workings, it’s difficult to say “you should integrate this way or that way”.

The best thing to do is to point your developer(s) to our API documentation here which lists all the available methods that can be used to connect QuickFile to your software.

Of course, if you encounter any issues with the API directly, or need some advise on some aspects of the API (e.g. “is this the right function?”), then we’re certainly ready and willing to try our best to help.
