Very simple question but just want to check, is inventory the same as the product list in Sage Proffessional, and is there a maximum number of items that can be include?

I’m not familiar with the Sage set up of this, but in QuickFile the inventory is more of a way to quickly create invoices.
So for example, you can create an inventory item as a template and keep it generic, something like “Labour” for example. From this, you can then adjust the price and quantity on your invoice directly, but things like the description and VAT rate would be prefilled for you.
In terms of a maximum, I believe it’s around 2,000 items in total.
