So far I have been importing invoices from spreadsheets created from my original home made Access accounts program. I am gradually moving away from that to use Quickfile for everything, so looking to make the Quickfile invoices look similar to my originals. I have always put my trading address where your customisation puts company address (with registered address in a footer). The Company Address, as imported from Companies House into Quickfile, is my accountants address. I really want my trading address where you put company address but can’t find a way to do it. I tried hiding company address and putting trading address in ‘display below comapny address’, but it won’t show that text if I hide comapny address unfortunately. I suppose I could change my company address in Quickfile but then it would really be incorrect. Is there a way I can do what I want or am I stuck with just hiding my ‘from’ address?
Hello @bventure
If you do not want to change your company details you could set up a trading style.

Are you giving clients access to Quickfile, i.e. sending invoices out directly, or just using it to create invoices and sending them out yourself?
Not sure it’s a huge deal either way anyway but you just need to make sure the relevant details are on the invoice to comply with HMRC rules etc so swapping addresses on the account could work as long as the company address is added somewhere else manually in the design or settings.
