Invoice "from name" shows wrong name

Why does my invoice email show Quotemehappy?

How do I get change this setting?

We do provide a way to customise the “From name”, which can be found in Account Settings >> Routine Email. However, it looks like this information is being pulled from an address book or similar that’s saved in your email client.

Do you have another email address you could try sending it to, to see how it would turn out?
