Invoice template address duplication

I’ve just started sales invoicing on the system and note that our company’s address is duplicated, thereby shoving the customer address across the page.
In customisation, only one address shows.
What have I done wrong please?

By default the company address from Account Settings > Company settings is shown on your invoice.

The box in Sales > Invoice customisation is to allow you to add to this if required

If you remove the text you have added in Sales > Invoice customisation it should resolve your issue.

Oddly, I’d just tried removing the address from the customisation and saw that worked but thank you anyway for the prompt response!
