Invoices going into Junk mail

All of the invoices that we are sending to clients from Quickfile are going into Junk Mail.
Solution ?

It’s quite difficult to say unfortunately. Since the start November, we have used Amazon to send out emails for users unless you specify your own mail server.

Do you have specific examples (invoice numbers would be fine) that you’ve seen this with? When were the emails sent?

If you could also confirm the last 3 digits of the QuickFile account in question, then I’m happy to take a closer look for you.
