I seem to keep getting a problem with all my invoices going to my clients spam.
I am using google server which i amend my third party apps for it to work.
But every 2-3 weeks its crashes again going back to clients spam.
Message SMPT server as below
Your SMTP settings are deactivated as there were three consecutive errors . Please correct the settings again and reactivate.
More Details One or more errors occurred. → Failed to send mail 20384510 via SMTP host ‘smtp.gmail.com’. Reference: ''; SenderEmail: 'info@.com’; Recipients: '@***_.co.uk’; Num. Attachments: ‘0’. → Mailbox name not allowed. The server response was: 5.1.3 The recipient address <@*****.co.uk> is not a valid RFC
It looks like there was a problem reaching your SMTP service
Error Message Failure sending mail.
More Details Unable to read data from the transport connection: net_io_connectionclosed.
This bit in particular suggests that the email address you tried to send an email to was invalid (e.g. not in the correct format).
If you know which of the emails were affected, it would be worth double checking the email address you have saved for that client and correcting them.
Aside from that, as you’re using your own SMTP server the issue is likely to lie with the settings of the email/domain name itself. I would suggest running a check on your domain name that you’re using a tool such as MX Toolbox.
