How do i insert amount in “paid to date” in sales invoices?
That’s just the total of the payments that have been allocated to that invoice in QuickFile itself, you don’t need to edit it directly.
I haven’t needed to try this but if you want to reduce the invoice amount by the value of a credit note or a deposit before sending to your client just create and save the invoice. You may need to flag it as sent at this point, then just apply the payment or credit as you would for any other invoice. Once that is saved just send the invoice.
