Invoices not being sent to clients email, but I receive cc versions OK

Hi, wonder if anyone can help.

I’m having an issue where my invoices aren’t being emailed to clients but I am receiving the cc copy ok.

I’ve tried to update the smtp details but get the following error:
Error Message The operation has timed out.
More Details Your SMTP server did not reply in a timely fashion. Please ensure the port number is correct and any firewall on the SMTP server is allowing outside access.

I use a rocketmail.com email address with port 465.

Can anyone help?

Try port 587 instead.

It looks like there was a problem reaching your SMTP service
Error Message The SMTP server requires a secure connection or the client was not authenticated. The server response was: 5.7.1 Authentication required

Hi @craig_linacre

This seems to suggest that your login details aren’t correct. Can you try re-entering them please?

Also, with the CC copy, what email address does it come from? Is it the one you’re trying to set up, or a @quickfile.co.uk email address?
