when sending out invoices does not show when customer has opened invoice.i have noticed it only does it on estimates.
Are you 100% sure the invoices have been opened by the client? Are you attaching a pdf?
It does work with invoices, but if you attach a pdf, it won’t show until the client clicks the link through to QuickFile.
Are there any invoices in particular?

The amount due is also shown in the email. In the last two months I have had three invoices paid by people who didn’t click through to Quickfile.

I have this quite a lot, not sure whether it is good or bad as some customers get a little out of sync due to never looking at their dashboard, but as long as the invoices are paid!
